SHIPPING POLICY
Deliveries can only be made to the address specified on your order. We strongly recommend that you add a note of a nominated safe place where your parcel can be left in the event that you are not available at the time of delivery. We currently charge £2.95 standard delivery charges on all UK based deliveries. We dispatch orders as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 working days. We suggest you wait at least 10 working days before informing us of non receipt of delivery. A working day is classed as a Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your delivery. If you wish to cancel, your goods must be returned in their original packaging and original condition. Once items are received in a saleable condition we will issue you a refund to the original payment method. We suggest that you use a trackable delivery method as refunds cannot be issued until returned items are received. You will be entitled to a full refund including any standard delivery charges originally incurred. We do not refund postage costs for returning items to us that have been cancelled. If you find your items to be faulty, damaged or incorrect then you will be entitled to a refund or exchange. In this instance a refund would also include any postage costs for returning items to us.
