AROMATHERAPY & WELLBEING

The use of aromatherapy oils is well know to benefit health and well being through fragrance and body application. Simply add a few drops to a burner to encourage a positive emotional response, or add to a base carrier oil or cream to apply to the skin. Each oil has its own properties, helping with different conditions and symptoms. Essential oils are concentrated, and as such,  should not be used neat on the skin or ingested.
